"The worst gel manicure I have ever received. She didn't fully remove the gel polish that was already on my nails before she applied the new polish. She applied the polish in thick, messy coats. My manicure chipped within two days."

"The atmosphere was great but the pedicure I got was not. I paid $75 (plus tip) for something that looks like I did it myself (I’m terrible doing nails). Will not go back. Yes, I could’ve said something but she knew what she did and she evidently thought it was acceptable. I take it as a lesson learned and will not go back."

"I don’t like to leave bad reviews because I know it’s difficult to have a business and people are trying to survive. However, this business needs to do better . I paid $50 for the quickest most painful “manicure” of my life. One of my fingers was bleeding during the process and the nail tech didn’t stop, he kept dipping the bloody brush into the polish and rushing along. 3 days later the gel nails are already peeling off. I’m honestly part of the problem for not stopping the process immediately. I tried to remain kind and I even still left a tip but there has to be a better standard of care here . It’s not often moms get to treat themselves to this luxury, do better!"
