"Our waitress Linzy was very good and not overbearing like wait staff can sometimes be. Took our order and had our meal out fast and hot with no mistakes or complaints. Definitely recommend asking for her to wait on you while there. This is the Beckley WV location."

"Tried calling twice to place order, got hung up on once then was able to drive to restaurant before I could place order was still on hold walking inside, went inside to place order and manager came out and started helping other customers instead of addressing our issues and just kept saying I'll take care of you all in a minute. My wife and my self just left and found somewhere else to eat, I'm not begging businesses to take my money."

"We came for dinner and usually we have pretty good service and food here, however last time was a different experience. They weren't even busy and we waited at least 30 minutes for someone to take a drink order. Then in the middle of ordering the waitress tells us to hold on and she needs to take her other tables drinks.. so we wait another 20 minutes before we order. 2 tables left while we were there. Food comes out and we're missing half of out orders. My dad had to wait another 20 minutes on his food. The waitress never came to ask if our food was okay. Never got refills, we asked for the manager and still never got a refill on pop or coffee. We never received all our food and they still charged us for it. I'm not sure if they're under new management but I have never had service so bad. And I'm not one to complain, I've worked as a waitress and understand things can happen but this was just pure laziness in my opinion"

"Stopped here for breakfast since we missed the free breakfast at Days Inn. Parking lot looked pretty spacious even with people dining in. We were seated and everyone was extremely polite. Our waitress, Renee, was above and beyond what I was prepared for. But in a good way! She was always right there with more water for us. We never had a shortness of water to drink. She was super polite and we felt welcomed. We ordered the "Blue Ribbon Bacon" and I don't think I've ever had anything like it in my life. Definitely recommend. The pancakes and sausage hit the spot and filled me up. The omelette was PACKED with MEATS. When I say packed, I mean, that egg was as fluffy as a pillow with all the different meats. They left out the tomatoes like requested. All in all. Would return again."

"Lunch time at this Bob Evans is most often busy. We got seated and greeted by the waitress in good time.As always it was clean and very comfortable.I chose the Turkey dinner, overall it was good but not like Grandma's holiday dinner,the turkey was the best ,cooked just right,the potatoes were bland,the stuffing was dry and tasteless, the gravy was salty. My lunch partner chose was a Chicken salad. It looked perfect and very appealing,but the chicken lacked a good amount of flavor, but overall was good. We will be back soon and as no one person/ place can be perfect every time."
