"Have never been treated so poorly at an establishment in my entire life. We were tired and hungry from a long day on the road coming to see family for Christmas when we stopped in at Los Agaves. My husband and I ordered a couple drinks and some food, our friend did the same. Two of our food orders came out, so only 2 of the three people were served food. One of these two orders were wrong. We decided to pay and leave without making a fuss, as we all have worked in the service industry before. Clearly there was a language barrier issue and we didn’t want to cause any problems. The man took my friends card and came back with it, and we left cash and a cash tip on the table, as we were paying separately. On our way back to the car a man came running out, saying that we didn’t pay. We had to go back inside and be accused in front of a restaurant full of people of dining and dashing. After a long and frustrating conversation and some closer inspection, they realized that the man who had taken the card never charged it before giving it back. We were never apologized to for any of the errors and certainly nothing was made right. We ended up leaving the wrong order there. Just go to Taco Bell, it’s right across the street."
