"Waited in the drive through for thirty minutes on my steak, egg and cheese bagel. When I opened my food it was made with sausage and not steak. Very upset, couldn't wait another thirty minutes for a refund. Wouldn't go here for breakfast again."
"The food was great, place was clean, and ordering at the kiosk was fast. I had a problem ordering a special deal on the kiosk, so we had to order at the counter. We stood there for at least 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us. All of the employees were focused on the drive-thru and making food. Once our order got taken, the food came within about 5-7 minutes, and it was fresh and hot. The young man that brought our food to the table was very friendly."
"I would give 0 stars if I could. I went to order 2 sausage biscuits and 5 caramel frappes. Their computers were down so you could only order on the kiosk which meant they couldn't accept cash. The line was wrapped around the building. The lobby was full of people waiting for their food. A friend of mine was in there waiting for 2 biscuits and a coffee and had been waiting close to an hour. People were coming in from the drive through because they received the wrong food. I ended up getting a refund because they told me it would be over an hour for my order and I had to be at work and by that time, breakfast would have been over. Every time I've driven by there in the past two weeks the drive through lines have been so long."
"My fries came out hot and crispy. My burger was hot albeit a little greasy. The staff was on point today. Bathrooms were in decent shape and the rest of the grounds looked well."
"First burrito in my order had egg crumbs, and hardly anything else! The most pathetic sized breakfast burrito. But then I bit into my other one, and found a long brown hair in it!!!! DISGUSTING!!!! They raised the prices on these little burritos and give you less, and can’t even follow proper food safety regulations in the process??? I’m done with this location. It’s always something here."
