"Scammers not a legitimate Business , please report to BBB if they contact you. I don’t have debat and they keep calling me and never leave Voicemail. When I answered the person pretended to be an Attorney, Yet he doesn’t know that attorneys never Make phone calls. The owner of this company should be prosecuted and sent to jail. He probably hiring uncompetitive people that are not compensated, and he tries to get money off helpless elderly and young naive citizens. Thankfully, my brother is an attorney and he chew companies like this for breakfast. We’re coming after you and we’re coming hard."
"This company popped up on my credit report after I had paid off some other debts. Out of nowhere! When I inquired about the source of the debt he responded by stating it's for a school debt. I was baffled because I am paying my loans through another source. Well, I paid it to get it off my credit and thought I'd fight it later. After I paid it he told me that I would receive an email stating paid in full. Never got the email and now I am getting the run around and rudeness from the agents as well as different stories about the email was already sent Then another person said it's being processed. The women there are overly aggressive and the man was manipulative. I want the receipt from you all Reliant Solutions. How dare you tell me that my bank statement is my receipt. Everyone that I spoke with stated that they were a supervisor well I want the head of the company to contact me and I will not stop calling and searching for the answer as to why you think my bank statement is the only receipt I should have after paying you for something. This is discrimination that was displayed towards me all while reciting what sounded like a script over and over. Shame on this company! **2nd Review- Finally received the letter I had to fight for deeming my balance paid in full. Well, the letter states $0 balance pending funds. I asked them to change or omit that line because the money is out of my account and you have the payment. The lady told me all of their letters are written this way and it comes from their legal department and can't be changed. I should show my bank statement to prove the funds are out my account along with their letter was her suggestion.** NOTE 2nd Review- Finally received the letter I had to fight for deeming my balance paid in full. "Report this company to the CFPB every chance you get. They call using the Ohio Attorney Generals name to scare consumers into making payment plans with them for old or erroneous tax debt and they are nothing more than a collection agency full of rude and mouthy employees. During a phone call the representative told me “you need to pay your bills” because I didn’t have any knowledge and requested to dispute the Debt. This is abuse and it’s illegal. IF THEY CONTACT YOU AND ABUSE YOU ALSO FILE A CFPB COMPLAINT ONLINE! Lisa C (5162) Ms Sloan (5163)"
"On November 9 I won the jackpot at the casino. The lady comes back and states to call the number at the bottom of the paperwork because they intercepted your money because you have an unpaid debt. Since that Friday was the holiday I called that Monday morning and spoke with a gentleman that informed me that I owed state taxes from the years 2007 ($800) and 2008 ($800). Remind you I file taxes every year and I’ve never owed any debt for state taxes. Then they added on another $1800.00 or so for interest. I called back a few times because I had no understanding of where this debt came from. I asked did they send out any letters and the reply was yes back in February 2012 when you did home daycare we called but someone said you wasn’t home. Then we sent out a letter to (bogus address) and they were returned. I asked why wouldn’t you send the letter to the address on my tax return the reply was an awkward silence. Caught them in so many lies it’s ridiculous. Fast forward yesterday received a letter stating i still owe the same amount of the total debt which was the same amount of my winnings which was ironic. Today I call and ask what is my balance and she states the same total. So I proceed to ask her what about the money that was intercepted she states it’s been pending since November 10 and it take 4 weeks to clear. I know I am being scammed. I’m going to call an attorney at this point."
"This place is a scam. Told me I owed personal taxes and they were collecting for the attorney generals office. I called the attorney generals office and they have zero record of me ever owing them anything. Reliant told me one amount and then 3 days later I got 5 letters in the mail, ALL with different amounts. I've never owned personal taxes over what my usual taxes are, and haven't lived in Ohio for many years. This also is not a debt on my credit report. They may be as legit company but they definitely have a department that is only out to scam people out of money. I suggest off you owe money to someone you try and pay them directly."
