"The worst insurance company we have ever used. They literally messed up our whole insurance policy when we switched to them several months ago. And they have done absolutely nothing to help the mess he created. We called/texted to stay on them about getting our policy fixed. They said everything was fine!! We have paid and paid out the nose!!!! Between Elevate and Travelers….it is almost impossible to get anyone to do their job. We are in the process of switching companies. But we can’t even get him to cancel our umbrella policy. And now they say we owe even more money?!?! For what? Why? The only answer to that question is because these insurance companies can’t do simple math and then blame the client!!! Stay away from this Elevate and Travelers Insurance. State Farm just saved us $9,000 for the exact same policy, Apples for apples!!!!! We were treated so horribly. Can’t believe people treat their clients so poorly. It is such a sad time in society."

I honestly feel like I can go there to get coffee every morning and they would wrap their arms around me like I never had in my life.
