Carnivore BBQ

"What a huge disappointment, first they were out of several items on their menu and numerous drink options. We decided to make the best of it as we'd wanted to try this place for months. Next after a 30 minute wait our appetizers finally arrived and were warm not hot in the least. Now we are waiting and waiting for our food. I should say there was 1 other party of 4 and 3 parties of 2 in the restaurant. After an hour after our appetizers our waitress came by to tell us they were out of food items we had ordered!! To say we were not happy is an understatement. We were assured our food minus the we are out of items was coming. Well it finally arrived after another 20 minutes and it was cold, not warm from the smoker cold. Beyond ticked by now I told our waitress of our issues and asked to speak to a manager, who never came. Finally I paid our bill and left after saying no we aren't happy and no we will not come back. Now I'm sure the owner will have some great come back as they have with other negative reviews. All I say is we won't go back and I will never recommend this establishment to anyone."

"Ribs and pulled pork were amazing Baked beans were good also Service was very slow Was there 1:20 minutes Only one lady serving everyone she was good but overwhelmed 2 other employees were just chillin in the back and arguing the whole time we was there"

"Very nice place, drove about 40 minutes to get there and it was well worth the drive. Wish she would open a restaurant in the poca area. Food was great, service was great, clean, loved the decor. Highly recommend"

"Had a great meal today. Food was exceptional. Portions were great and had plenty to take home. Kids had a great time playing games at the table while we waited on our food. Service was great and we will def be back."

"So glad we detoured to visit Carnivore BBQ! Not only was the service fantastic (our server was so sweet!), but the food was super delicious and hit our table quickly. The brisket was some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a fair bit), the sauces were incredible, the collard greens were on point (apple cider vinegar - who knew?), and holy jeebus if you do nothing else, get the deep fried deviled eggs. Make this your top BBQ stop in WV!"
