"You can't fault the employees for lack of poor management and staffing, the two gentlemen we had tonight were swamped, we waited almost an hour, and we were more patient than a lot of the others who were screaming at them, they were doing all they could with what they had, and that's not much. So rather than bash the employees, I'd rather say bash the management for lack of staffing, a managers job is to fill in, help and lead. Them two deserve a raise at the very least for what they deal with. At the very least a few days paid off."

"I waited 40 mins in the drive thru and the employee wouldn’t help me. He kept making eye contact with me as I’m honking and waving. He refused to help me unless I went to the back of the line who were backed up with the same cars for over 30 mins. I wasn’t able to get my order to go. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever went through."

"Pulled into a parking spot to order, first time we had ate at this sonic since it’s been in Ashland, it’s 11/12/2023, so it’s pretty well established now. Placed our order, and waited about 30 minutes before it finally came out, we actually got out to go see what was going on when the woman was suddenly coming out. Piss poor attitude! No apology for the wait, then had to go back to the building to get our $0.74 change, and we was also missing a drink. My husband eventually got out to go to the building to get the drink and change. 3 burgers were supposed to have bacon, 2 did not, and one barely had any on it! I’ve worked fast food for years, days & people can definitely suck, but there’s no excuse for that behavior, even if anything, just acknowledging that we’ve been sitting for a long time would’ve been enough for me to sympathize with her. Don’t think we’ll come here again, I’m not surprised by the other bad reviews as well. Long wait for very mediocre made food, if made right I guarantee it’s actually decent!"
