"I ordered BBQ chicken, low mien and egg roll. Meal was a little over $12. The server did not hand me my meal until I had to ask for it and seemed very rude to begin with. After sitting down I took one bite and found an animal hair in the chicken. I pulled the hair out of my mouth. It was a black hair with a gray tip. I considered whether or not to forget about it or return it for a refund. I decided to get a refund but when I placed the meal on the counter and told the server what happened she said “No. No refund.” I was shocked and stated again I wanted a refund and asked why she said no. She asked “What kind of hair?”. I told her I had no clue what kind of animal it was from but was an animal hair. She once again said no refund because she didn’t see the hair. I’ve had to call the corporate office. I didn’t get my refund or a meal."

"The customer service is weird, I always feel like I’m rushed to order something. They almost never talk unless they are telling your your total. They’ve had a few great smokers years ago the ones that are there now barley look at you. I use to love earning here when I went to the mall, I’d always get the General Tos chicken, rice and crab ragoons. That was my go to meal but I don’t know it taste way different now, plus they are very pricey"

"Just left here the guy with black hair and hat was so rude !!!! Trying to tell me i told him something completely different on my order ... Food is good service sucks i wont be back n im posting it on Facebook as well"

"Me and my dad ate here at the China Max in the Ashland Mall in Ashland Kentucky clearly there was a sign that said free refills but they did not want to give the refills the food tasted spoiled they overcharged me and him both the workers were very rude it was $14 for four cream cheese wontons and noodles and fried rice and a small amount of noodles I do not recommend going here to eat they will overcharge you they will not give you refills when they clearly says refills. The general sos chicken was nothing but fat. There was food laying on the floor they did not clean it up they use the same rag that they wiped the garbage can down to wipe the counters down you know that's very unsanitary. It is so nasty there I would not even feed it to my dogs."
