"My first visit was this week. It is about a 40 minute drive, so I was glad the food was good. I had a two meat sampler with turkey and brisket. I got the broccoli salad and a side salad. I put the two salads in one bowl. They were fresh and good tasting. The meats were nicely smoked and tender, easy to cut with a fork. I took some home for later. I would suggest improving the toast, and getting a different ginger beer for their mules. They are much better when there is real ginger in them."

"Tabby was out Bartender and she was amazing! Made eye contact with us upon arrival and was very attentive! Great Potato skins and boneless wings! Mac & Cheese with the chilled broccoli salad! Upstairs area with games and such! Nice & clean! Close to Sandy’s Casino and Camp Adventure area for the kiddos!"

"This place looks the part. Far as a clean, good place to eat. It is not. Mike, the manager, is a child who has no idea what he is doing. Managers should not spend their time flirting with underage hostess. Not to mention the mutiple pubic hairs excuse he came up with about corn hair in the air from the fried corn. Pictures to follow look at the curl coursesness of it. vs. the straight black burnt corn hair that was on the corn. This is all liquid smoke, no ring. Go anywhere else to insure a sanitary meal. I will be contacting the health department if it even exists. Good luck. All seemed busy but horribly managed. They did discount half the tables food to start then when they ran the card they changed to full price. With the pubic hairs and all. Still left a decent tip for the yocal waitress. Go to Winchesters or the Mill or Fat patties. Hell, go to Kings dinner before you go to liquid smoke. Smoking J's bbq is for the birds."

"We always enjoy coming here I try something different every time. A jalapeno burger was on the list this time, it did not disappoint! The burger itself has a good smokey flavor."

"Great option for large groups and very convenient for those also going to the movie theater. Beer special of buy one get one for $1 is a great deal. The food is good and will satisfy a crowd. It's not an award winning level of bbq that you would compare to other cities. However, it doesn't disappoint either. Dinner has better quality of meat than lunch. Side dishes were all good. We ordered brisket & ribs."
