"Made an appointment arrived 10 min early she finished the customer she was working on 20 min after my appointment which is fine cadhes her out and says she will be right with me after she cleans up, still fine, s lady comes in a few minutes later I noticed that the lady that was supposed to be taking care of me was now taking care of the lady that just came in, it is now an hr after I arrived for my appointment. I left without hair cut and any future services. The ladies seemed nice just was disappointed I had to wait an hr after I had an appointment."
