He greeted my mother as soon as she entered the store tonight and continued to assist her with headlight bulbs for her vehicle. He also replaced them for her free of charge ! Wow! This is part of their service to all customers, however he continued to give my mother professional customer service and she was out of the store in 15 minutes. Thank you Solomon, you made a positive difference in my mom’s experience and got a customer for life! Well done sir!!"

"I have been in this store hundreds of times over the last 15 years and i have never been in another Auto Zone store anywhere in the US that has treated me as good as this store does. I have often wanted to write a review but for some reason just did not take the time. So today after another awesome experience i just decided to give credit where credit was due. I want to also mention this store has a manager Shane that is very knowledgeable person who cares about his customers and has always helped me get what i need. Every company needs people like Shane and should be lucky to have him as an employee. I have seen other people come in while i was there and watch the service they get , and it is always the same ( very caring and helpful.) Thanks again for all your help over the years.
