"Well, In my personal opinion overall Wendy's has a decent menu and I often find myself dining there when I need a quick meal on the go. That's pretzel baconator really hits the spot. I feel as though I will never grow tired of it. That being. Wendy's on Washington street has terrible service. They are rude and obnoxious. They had gotten our order wrong and when I brought the mistake to there attention, the employees acted as if we were at fault for their blunder. I was extremely embarrassed, my wife was mortified. The whole experience was infuriating and ridiculous. Sadly I would have to pass on the delicious pretzel baconator if this location were my only option."
"Worst Wendy’s I have eaten at. When we walked in, I thought about walking out but was hungry and had a long drive ahead of me. There was an employee behind the counter eating chicken nuggets. Our order came up within 2 minutes. There was a huge hair clip on top of the ketchup dispenser, mind you we were the only ones in the dinning room. Trash cans were over flowing with trash. Our food was cold and did not get our order correct. My husband did not want to complain because he was afraid what they might do to his food. We travel a lot and this was the worst!!!"
"Cashier was polite, the crew member that brought the food to the counter treated us like we were an inconvenience and was outright rude when she was asked for the rest of our order. Another crew member had a Led Zepplin t-shirt on with a huge skull on the front. Not really the face of customer service. The ice machines were out of ice, the food was cold, like the burgers had been cooked an hour earlier. The buns were all dry and slightly hard like they were uncovered all day. There was a maintenance guy working above the cold table where they were still getting the lettuce and cheese from. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I will drive miles out of my way to never come here again."
"This is one of the worst Wendy's from the standpoint of customer service i have ever visited. When they did not get my order correctly and I asked for a refund, the response from the highest manager the server could get on the phone was "Get a life. I don't have time to fool with you." If you have to stop here, I suggest you open your food at the window before driving away and checking closely to make sure your order is close to what you asked for. Forget asking for a refund, even if you waste so much time with them that your food is cold, gummy, and not edible, you are not going to get a refund."
"I just drove through and ordered a taco salad with no tomatoes and a diet coke. After I paid the $11.00 for the salad, the kid who was making the salads was going to hand me a salad with tomatoes on it, but the manager at the window told him multiple times it was without tomatoes. It still didn't compute, so he had to make me a new salad. I'm grateful for the lady at the window, but really irritated that my order was wrong, and when I got it home, the lettuce was so frozen, it was wilted, transparent, icy, and discolored. Not even edible! Thanks, Wendy's for that $11.00 cup of chili and chips. I won't be back."
