Hardee’s 4400 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302

"Pulled into the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. Waited about 10-15 mins. One of the cars pulled off out of frustration. Ordered our food. Got to the window and waited about 15-20 min listening to the crew goof off talking. Finally got our food and they had forgotten my sons sauce. I walked in and asked for it. When we got home (5 mins away) the food was cold and tasted old. I figured having waited so long that it'd be fresh but it wasn't. The fries were floppy and cold. My sons chicken tenders were very dark (prob dirty oil in the fryers) and half the normal size so more like 3 nuggets. What happened to this place? It used to be good, now it's overpriced and not very good. The person I dealt with had a shift leader Chad shirt but seemed overwhelmed and confused imo. He was friendly but not very good at leading."

"Drive thru. For 2days now our breakfast foot was terrible. Today got a bacon egg biscuit. It was cold and old tasting and the to was in pieces. Bread hard. Yesterday we had sauge gravy and it was so thick, it was like eating glue and cold and biscuits was also hard. Very disappointed lately. It is usually really hood"

"I threw it all in the trash except the fries. The burgers we're burnt, and old. I opened one, and there was a curly black hair on the lettuce. The food was disgusting. I want a refund. I'll be contacting you tomorrow. I even threw the free burger away. The health Department needs to pay you guys a visit. The paper looked gross on the burgers too."

"I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a monster burger and was automatically option the devil by the cashier these were just sandwiches no combos or drinks or fries. After some of you as I only intended to spend 17 or $18 we got the total to a presumed 18+ by changing the large sea to medium however with tax it was more than what I intended t to spend.. after retrieving cash from my vehicle pays the total of 19.68? Collected my sandwiches and proceeded to fill my tea and water cups, I was not offered a carrier and found it cumbersome to transport but nonetheless got to the car, discovering that both burgers were Indeed doubles, explaining why the total was as is, none of this would have bothered us had the sandwiches been fresh and delicious. All patties were very dry and we found the taste to be unappealing."

But the food in this place is very rich, the truth is, I was delighted and boveria with pleasure I have not visited yet A place of these is more I came to him looking for something to eat on my route my child is with ambre and he wanted food, he just wanted a place to eat and this place is there.I must say that the food of this place is much better than the other famous fast food this place leaves it thrown away, they should see more of these more in the country"
