"Seated quickly, clean establishment. Chips, and salsa came quickly. After several minutes the lady that seated us came over and asked if we had been waited on and we had not. She went and found our waitress who finally came and got our drink order. Came back with our drinks got our food order next thing I know she had seated someone and sat with them for a good 20 minutes talking someone else ended up bringing our food out which was freezing cold I'm assuming because it had been sitting there for so long waiting for her, but the person that brought our food it only brought half of it so by the time we got the rest of it we had already finished our main meal so we didn't need it. Finally she comes back over there and ask if we need boxes or anything we told her no that we were finished forever later we finally got our bill. It was the first and last time we will be there. The food was pretty flavorless and cold."
"By far, this is one of the best restaurants in Charleston. Great service, plenty of seating, and the food is amazing. We've never had a bad meal here. It's one of our favorite places to eat"
"The place looks nice but the service and the food was awful. I ordered chicken fajitas and it came out to me cold and tiny broken chips of chicken with no flavor. I couldn't eat it. The sangria was horrible. We explained to the manager and he didn't care. Just took our money and gave me a dirty look. I wish there was a zero star choice on here. I would not recommend anyone wasting their money here."
"Visited around 4pm on a Saturday and we were seated quickly. Drinks, chips and salsa, and food all served within a very reasonable time. Presentation of food was alright at first, then we took a few bites of the nachos. I've never had watery nachos before, but this was a first. The ground beef was similar in texture to taco bell but lacked any flavor besides the 'cheese' and hot sauce added. I'm pretty sure the chicken was canned and soaked in salsa for some kind of flavor. I also had a combo of three enchiladas topped with more of their 'cheese'. The beef was alright, the potato was interesting, and the seafood made my stomach turn in an unpleasant way. I think the rice was the only redeeming factor and even that was just mostly salty. Probably not going back anytime soon."
"If I could make the choice to not come here I would go back and tell myself not to do it. The food was really not good, I was exceptionally hungry when I stopped in but after a few bites and the hunger dropped off a bit it really hit me. Most of the food was soggy and tasted nearly canned (especially the chicken in the nachos). I'd say go elsewhere if you have the option, even the chips the salsa weren't great and those were free at least. The food looks nice when it comes out but misses on quality and flavor completely."
