"I have seen all staff and managers outside smoking every time I have gone to restaurant. Seems only a teen is inside working alone. I have seen drug paraphernalia in the bathrooms, and in restaurant. Where is the manager here? Seems like no one runs this place. Poor service. Terrible food. Do not recommend for anyone to go to this restaurant."

"this was the slowest fast food place I have ever been to. Once you finally get your food it tastes disgusting. The last time we were there everything was burnt."

"I placed an order at 4:30am. That's morning time! So they would have plenty of time to get a 16 piece family meal and 8 piece tender meal ready for pick up at 5:30 pm that afternoon. I get here..... It will be 10 to 15 more minutes because it was such a large order.... You freaking serve chicken all day and had a 13 hour advance notice! Make more chicken at a time."

"The manager and the employee told a customer two different stories as to why they didn't have chicken for the order he placed on the app. I was a general manager in the quick serve world and I seen them doing cleaning that is to be done after lobby is closed and they was cleaning and turning off fryers when they still had 90 minutes left of their shift. Just not professional and I just don't understand how they haven't went out of business yet! And the guy in lobby was nice but he made you feel like you wasn't to be in lobby. And it doesn't look good when employees are lying to customers about why you are out of chicken. When it just comes down to not wanting to cook it because you don't want high food cost at the end of them night !"

"Everything asked for they were out of it. Got a nacho bell grande and the chips were stale and barely any topping. Mostly bowl of stale chips. Drink machine wasn’t working. This place is a mess. Not a good business at all!"
