"Intercom needs replaced. You have to yell, repeat yourself, or pull up to the window for the employees to hear you. This is an ongoing issue. Large sundaes look like smalls. Slow service. Employees seem stressed. Dining room had no A/C last time I dined in. Needs updated."
"Stopped with the family coming from a family vacation. Drama central. Messing up orders. A lot of arguing. Messed up our order and forgot sauces. Coupon did not come off when they claimed it did. On the receipt it clearly didn't. When we asked for our missing sauce the kitchen worker was yelling saying she isn't even going to argue. Very rude. The cashier was new and very nice. Sad she has to work in that environment."
