"Set an appointment with a worker there, had a ton of questions about getting a loan because it was my first time trying to get a loan for a home. He answered a few of my questions but VERY vaguely. The gentleman acted like it was a waste of his time and like he wasn’t very motivated to help me. Waited for a response for two weeks and never heard anything."

"Not the bank they once was , The staff is horrible . Do not return calls and they string you along . The staff is rude and one thinks he is god . I do not recommend this bank for mortgages to anyone.. They all have they're heads up each other's a$$ ."

"Terrible at handling business. I am a realtor working with a loan officer in the F&M bank. No call backs or communication. My deadline has passed and the deal is falling apart. Called in to talk with Loan Department Manager. Absolutely no help at all. First time dealing with any bank that treated me this way. Will not recommend this bank to anyone after this deal."
