This year I took my paperwork in a couple days in advance and received a call it was done. 2 days later I went in to sign my taxes and they were done wrong. The lady who had prepared them wanted to argue with the guy who was closing mine instead of coming directly to me and asking basic questions so she could redo them quickly. I was then picked over multiple times. It took TWO hours for them to fix the problem and my tax paperwork. The guy closing apologized many times but I felt all in all it was very unprofessional."
