"They take forever to get you your food and then never get your order correct. Literally wish every restaurant in Beaver should be totally restaffed."
"The food is just threw together I came thru the drive thru before work my order was wrong I reached in the bag to get my cinnamon bites and I pulled out after they told me they were on the very top I got a handful of taco they had not wrapped my taco they just threw it in the bag it was everywhere and all over everything when i called to explain to the manager was rude called me a liar I informed her I had pictures she refused to let me talk to her boss they take for ever at the window and and the counter there was one make employee trying to do it all clean make the food take orders and everyone just standing there talking and laughing and goofing off there bathrooms were horrible I was affarid I would catch something If I used if I would of went in when I was ordering instead of the drive thru I would not have order they say it’s new management but I can’t tell it never improves this is the 5 th or 6 th time I’ve heard we are under new management"
"I’ve never had an issue with this Taco Bell, usually this was the one place that didn’t upset my stomach. It’s also two minutes away from our house, so that’s a plus. My fiance and I placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru and waited for our food for about 5-6 minutes(this is important later). Meanwhile the girl at the window was standing there on her phone the entire time like she was mad at the world or something, and the woman that handed us our food had no sense of personality or customer service. It was embarrassing for the company honestly. Now, back to the time we waited, it wouldn’t have been a big deal had our entire bag not felt like an ice box, which they forgot a taco in, but after eating it I’m glad they did. I think the warmest item that we got was our cold drinks. The next morning I had to call out of work due to intense stomach pain so bad I almost passed out. And then we contacted customer service to no avail. If you’re going to go to Taco Bell, which I recommend you don’t, I’d go in the morning or honestly just go to Wendy’s. It’s right next door and they actually cook your food to order after a certain time."
"I don’t even know where to begin with this one. I moved to Beaver a few months ago. We’ve been here 3 times total (including tonight) and the first 2 times were great. Food was hot & fresh, service was quick, etc. I always place a mobile order because I feel it’s easier for everyone. I placed an order tonight for 2 boxes, 3 burritos, 2 drinks, and a couple soft potato tacos. The amount of disappointment from the drive thru to my house less than 2 minutes away. The service.. it was like they were mad that I had placed an order. One worker was leaning against the window on their phone the entire time. Got my food after maybe 6 minutes which was fine because I had a big order. I drove the 2 minutes home and was ready to eat and wow.. not a single thing was warm in this bag. I mean it was ICE COLD to the touch. Chalupas are normally hot and soft.. the way mine was it was like they premade it, tossed it into the fridge, and then served it to me when I ordered it. Needless to say, I spent $32 and it was just wasted in my opinion. I will not be back."
"Stopped in early to try their breakfast for the first time the other day, I was out of town and found myself in a small town in WV called Beaver. There were the usual fast food joints in this little community but I'd had my fill of places like McDonald's and the like so I opted for something new or at least new to me. I may have been the first walk in customer of the day because they had just opened and the place was empty of diners and nobody was tending the cash register either, but fortunately there were kiosks where you could place your order and take your time doing it too. My wife was with me and we both selected what we figured would be good and patiently waited for our food to arrive... it seemed to take a bit longer than we thought it should but we didn't complain because we weren't really in no rush. After a bit we determined the reason for the longer than expected wait was due to the fact that there was but one lone employee taking care of the entire establishment, I mean this young lady was cooking, taking orders from the drive thru, tending the front counter and doing it all very efficiently and most importantly our order was accurate and fresh and served with a very unexpected good attitude despite the overwhelming amount of work that should never be placed on an individual employee for what you know is a very low wage. The food was delicious, the place was clean, our order was correct, and best of all we didn't have to listen to any belly aching about how bad she was being taken advantage of in the workplace... I wish I would have cought her name because I surely would have complimented her by name in this review and I also would have pleaded to her manager to give her a healthy increase on her paycheck for the stellar job she was doing that morning. So if for some crazy reason you are that young lady and you're reading this I would like to personally thank you for a job well done and my wife seconds that opinion as well. By the way it was Sunday June 4th 2023, right after the doors opened... you probably won't remember us but we'll certainly remember your hard work and great attitude that day."
