"Ashley at front desk amazing. Becca at front desk in the morning amazing. Ashley tried so hard to get a new tv to work in room to no avail. Remote was ridiculous. Nevertheless we never got the football game on to watch. The heater motor was like a semi truck starting. Becca in the morning was awesome and very helpful. Great staff. Beautiful room but it had issues for sure. Room 128 needs some heater work and tv and remote work. Asap."

"This Holiday Inn Express location is by far the best one I’ve stayed in! It was very clean all around and had the best service. Ashley was at the front desk when we checked in late that night of our stay, and Ashley again was there the next morning. Regardless of working a back to back shift she STILL had such an amazing spirit about her. With amazing customer service and such a happy personality it makes it easy to want to come back!"

"After calling 2 days before I wanted to check in I was told yes I could get an early check in and that I just needed to call the morning of and they would make sure a room is ready. She said they will either have rooms still clean or get one cleaned. I call the morning of and the guy at the front desk said absolutely not cause they are short staffed on house keepers. I get into town a little early so I stop by the hotel around 12:30-1pm. Normal check in is at 3pm. I decided to ask the same guy I spoke to on the phone if we could get in a little early even 2-2:30. He still said no. We waited til normal check in. We are a IHG rewards member so the online says early check in and up to 2p check out. The next day normal check out is 11am the same guy is working so I was already nervous to speak with him due to dealing with him already. I asked him if we could get a later check out since we're a member. He instantly replied no cause they don't have enough house keepers. I said wouldn't that mean the opposite that they could clean the other rooms first. He said no. They were really busy the night of our stay so there would have been a lot of rooms to clean. For the price it costs to stay here you shouldn't feel nervous to speak with a staff. He comes across rude. All the other staff are very nice but he's not. He's on day shift the last 2 days and he's the only one I've seen at the desk. Don't give rewards members the options for early check in/late check out if this is never available. Also the staff could be friendlier."

"Newly renovated. No cobwebs in the corners no ants as mentioned by a previous “reviewer”. Very comfortable bed, very well appointed. Would like to use some of their renovation ideas when updating our home! Joanne, our breakfast attendant, is just a delightful person. The dining area was kept clean during busy hour and we’re better people for having met her."
