"The customer service is awful. From what I have witnessed so far of how they have treated my mother is horrendous. They do not do what they say they are going to do! There are several things that is wrong with the home she purchased.They were supposed to be here Monday October 19,2020 to start, understand that cause of rain couldn't make it, well yesterday Wednesday October 21,2020 was a beautiful day, never came & never received a phone call. My mother called Tuesday & yesterday to see when & she never received a return call. To me they got their money & now they could care less. Also, feel they are taking advantage of her. Thinking of contacting the manufacture of the home again & contacting whomever to file a formal complaint against this office!"

"We have been happy with our experience. We visited several stores and spoke with many sales people over the years. Once we chose which home we were buying we still spoke to 3 stores about the same home. Each store offers different things and gave us different information. That was a good thing so we could make a better decision on how we wanted the house to look. There are stores in this area that once you have your closing they no longer want to help you. Definitely check reviews before choosing a store. I guarantee you will have stuff that needs fixed once the house is set. The home travels many miles to get to you and setting the home can cause damage. Our home was delivered a year ago and we have lived in it 6 months. We had a very long list of stuff we wanted fixed. Nela has stayed in contact with us throughout the past year. Tyler is the person we talk to for the repairs. After a year our list only has about 5 things left on it. It takes time but Tyler eventually comes through."
