"I literally ordered it’s just wings on Uber eats probably abt 5-10 mins prior to calling them(for backstory). I called and a girl answered the phone who happened to be very rude and seemed like she had an attitude, I told her that it didn’t really give me an option to make notes on my order so I called to ask if I could get the buffalo sauce on the side of my wings instead of on it so they wouldn’t get soggy while waiting. And she told me that it already got picked up when the Uber eats app said that it was still being prepared. So she lied about that because she didn’t feel like going back to the kitchen to tell them."

"I wanted to make sure that I gave Just Wings a fair chance before writing this. We have eaten at Just Wings in Beckley, WV, 6 times now. Every time we have been disappointed. I worked in a restaurant for years growing up so I know what food is supposed to be, and this, just isn’t. Every time we have ordered, our wings have been re-heated and are extremely rubbery & chewy instead of fresh & moist. Every time the fries have been equally disappointing as they have been laying around forever and are also re-heated. The soda has been flat & depressing instead of crisp & fresh. Overall, horrible. I now understand how you can have my order ready in just a few minutes."
