Brian is never in the office, each time I go in or call and ask for him, and the 5% that I can get hold of him, he doesn't do his job. Both employees have no concern on a large percent of the customer needs. I personally don't recommen this insurance company, due to the fact that Blue Ridge won't hire employees that will work, have knowledge, is respectful, shows up for work, etc."
