"I took my vehicle there because I had an extended warranty but when they called they said it had expired and although I never signed a work order they charged me over 700 and didn't even fix the original problem, i didn't get a call saying what was wrong or give permission to fix anything but I was warned they like to out people in a corner. Now they won't return calls or messages. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend doing business with them. It's disappointing"

"NEVER take your car there. They didn't even know how many O2 sensors are in my SUV. Bought from them and the owners daughter admitted the car had not been looked at due to Corona but I could take it to the Service Center. Engine light came on and I started complaining BEFORE the 30 day warranty was up. Joseph had me bring it back and forth NEVER giving an invoice of what was done. Asked if the oil was changed, he didn't know!! Long story short...had it LESS than 60 days and it needs a motor. Now they won't give me the keys because I am not paying taxes and license fee on a vehicle that doesn't run. They want that 500.00 too. They ARE rip off artists and I recommend NOONE buy a car or have their vehicle serviced from this place. I retained an attorney"
