"The staff was very friendly and always available. Our waitress always showed a smile. Clean, decorated for Christmas, which really set the mood. Food was alright, average. They don't have much of a selection and the food on the buffet seemed a bit dried out as if it's been sitting out to long, but not all was bad. I'm a huge breakfast fan and was happy to see breakfast items late in the afternoon. I do wish they had more to choose from at the buffet but it was ok. Service and atmosphere is why I'll def go back again. How about more appetizing desserts on the buffet..."

"While traveling through West Virginia we stopped to charge the Tesla. We stopped into Shoneys for a bite to eat as the Tesla was charging. It's a short walk past the hotel on the otherside of Starbucks. We did not choose the buffet but ordered off the menu. Our service and server were great! And the food was great as well. I ordered the BBQ bacon cheeseburger (fries/onion rings included). Our meals were hot and tasty. The burger was cooked to perfection (nice and juicy). The restaurant itself appears a bit homely as you step inside with an abundance of plants. It has a small gift shop which has some trinkets and shirts if you wish to grab some memorabilia. The restroom was clean but could use a little bit more attention to detail. Other than than it serves its purpose."

"The service and hospitality were beyond great. My daughters commented on how it was genuine and not just someone looking for a tip. The breakfast foods were great. The eggs cooked as ordered, and the bacon was crispy. Also, they have strawberry pie. We got on to go because we were full from the food."

"The staff were very friendly. They really seem to care for the customers. The food was average to mediocre. Most items were bland. The only lettuce they had on the salad bar was iceberg lettuce. Good value for the money though. You won't go away hungry."
