Taco Bell

"10pm, wanted a quick bite on the way home. Took almost 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru with only one other car in front of me. The KFC part of it was cold. Asked for no pickles on the Chicken Littles, and they had pickles. Ordered two Chicken Chipotle Flatbreads. They only rang in one. The Potatoe soft tacos were cold and not fully wrapped, so upon trying to take them out of the bag, half of one went onto my floorboard. Asked for no ice in my drink and it was packed full of ice. Also, the girl who took the order kept saying quick "yep"s after each thing I was trying to order and talking over me. Didn't read the order back to me to make sure she got it all. Just, "Yup....yup...$18". Would be able to compare the rush better if it didn't take 15 minutes to get my food."

"Food was familiar. Menu is hard to read, with all the diff restaurant menu bits and pieces, maybe make a duplicate to read before you get to the point of ordering? There was a very long back up. I was surprised to see how young the "kid" was, workung the window and apparently calling the shots, gently motivating/urging his crew to move faster due to the developing line."

"HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Wrong food, Mexican pizza had a chemical taste, I took 1 bite and was DONE! I had the worst taste in my mouth that I couldn't get rid of for a half hr or so. My bf ordered KFC and everything in the bag was taco bell! That store needs to be closed and reopened with ALL new staff that can actually comprehend and pay attention! ZERO STARS GIVEN"

"This place is truly terrible. We have ordered here several times and it seems to be getting worse. We have gotten chipotle grilled chicken burritos that weren’t grilled or even heated up. This visit we received a black bean Crunchwrap with zero black beans. It was lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, and shell. We also got a grilled chicken burrito that was basically a wrap. I called to speak to management and no one answered."

"After being asked to pull forward and waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes on our food my husband had to step out of the car before they even realized we were still there. Once we got our food one item came out wrong so we had to go in and have it corrected, it came out like this. We also received no sauces that were requested or napkins."
