"If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I think they are incompetent. My bill kept increasing and I couldn't get an answer why. After several times visiting them and talking with them on the phone we got it manageable, I had been with them for over 10 years. Then less than a week later a different girl, I had never worked with before, called and said they could lower my rate more. I told her I was just in there less than a week earlier trying to do just that and the other people in the office could only get it to where it was now! So the new girl can get me better rates than the others that have worked there longer!? I went with the new rate this girl could give and they charged me double!!! It was a MESS to get my money back and once it was over I was done with them and Allstate FOREVER."
