"Last Sunday the chicken sandwich looked and felt raw in the middle. This Sunday my chicken sandwich was hard as a rock fries were cold . Very dissapoited in the quality of their food there"

"Fries were so cold they were soggy, I took them back in and waited 15 min just for an employee to ask me what I needed and another 10 min to have the fries brought back out by which time the rest of my meal was cold. Grafton usually always has an array of smiling faces and accommodating workers, I don't think the lack of appropriate actions for myself and several disgruntled consumers had been waiting as well. From my observations, the workers are in a non staggering shift change at the exCt time school is letting out, and traffic and population and needs are at the high demand for the day. Being stuck to answer for the non functioning schedule the employees are probably also stressed knowing the near impossible demand on a daily basis and dealing with the high demand fast paced orders while cleaning work stations, shift change , drawer count etc. Have a blessed day. :)"

"The fries were old and not very hot. The coke tasted flat. We must have gotten someone else's food cause it wasn't what we ordered. I walked inside to fix my order and the work area was a mess and the young lady who was running orders out was cursing left and right because it was busy and she was tired of ppl coming there. It was right after the football game on a Friday night. Be prepared"

"Unlike most McDonalds this only has one drive thru lane, so its amazing to me that they still manage to mess up your order at least 50% of the time. The drive thru staff are usually unfriendly, and the wait time is usually absurd. Last night they parked me despite having ordered my food online 15 minutes earlier, and they had so many cars parked I had a hard time finding a place."

"Workers are usually busy with drive through have had to wait for service a couple of times . Employees act as if you should just use the touchscreen instead of more traditional service."
