"Experience was terrible. They let the icecream sit for more than 5 minutes while they dealt with something else. It was literally melting on the counter. Then the server proceeded to flip the icecream and it didn’t melt so she didn’t make a new one. Once we got it, it was completely melted. Worst experience ever."
"Everything was great!!! First they were open when nothing else in town was. The food was delicious and the Service was outstanding. I didn't realize how late it was we had been riding on the motorcycle all day and just got rained on. We drove by 5 place all closed. I've been to different establishments in Grafton around closing time and the workers are rude or don't want to take your order at all . But not this crew what a wonderful ending to a wonderful day thank you so much!!!"
"Especially liked the old style building, as it was built in the 1950s (I am assuming it is the original). Food was great - typical dairy queen burgers and dessert but not like, greasy or anything like that, double cheeseburger and small cone. Inside is clean, service is friendly, small area outside for eating as well."
"Every single one of my chicken tenders has this weird, disgusting goo that's exploded out of them. The fries seem to be the great value brand crinkle fries from Walmart. How is the food at a franchise so disappointing and obviously not the normal DQ food? What the hell is leaking out of all of my chicken? Oh, and this meal was $11 so now I'm hungry, angry, and down $11. I'm not even comfortable eating this chicken."
