"For some reason the food is always amazing. The staff helpful and eager to serve. However, the biggest downfall I’m finding is they offer no VETERAN discounts and no SENIOR discounts at all, which is pretty much unacceptable in my view…so I stop eating here. Don’t want to support any franchise that doesn’t support our veterans."

"Received a spicy chicken sandwich with a raw bun. When I attempted to ask for a refund over the phone as I didn’t feel safe with their food quality that day, they said they were sorry it wasn’t up to “my standards” and they don’t cook the buns. They asked if I had the chick fil a app and I didn’t and all they could do was say they would make me another sandwich, which I said I didn’t feel comfortable eating and I’m I hung up on them. The bun wasn’t just wet from the inside of the bag, it was raw and doughy feeling. I was also the second person to make this complaint to them today. I’m really saddened by this because this specific location has always been quality and I’ve never had an issue whatsoever prior to this, but I felt like the food was unclean today and the response from staff was not very kind when I just wanted a refund"

"Its so awesome that we live in a society where you can look 60, try to dress like you're 20, have the mental acuity of a 5 year old, screech like a banshee in front of your employees and still be fortunate enough to have a small successful business in our community. I would venture to say that you were one of the mean girl bullies in high school many eons ago. I would rather bite into a feather in my sandwich, a deep fried feather, than spend another hard earned penny at your establishment. It will be our pleasure to spend it at the other small businesses that don't publicly want to make fools of themselves and have entitlement meltdowns for all to see. I would have asked you if you were ok but once you said everyone knows you and loves you in our community, well, I felt it best to maybe leave that to doctors. Clearly someone in your trust circle is failing you by letting your nasty, entitled attitude run amok, for that...I am very sorry. Be better."

"The employees are very rude and always have an attitude at the Meadowbrook mall. Not a fast paced environment at all. Don’t recommend, would much rather go to the one on Emily drive."
