"My flight was delayed and ultimately cancelled, so I was rebooked to the next flight, but Hertz was closed when I arrived :( no one there for my reservation. I was stranded in a place I'd never been. Thankfully, I was able to get a ride."

"Called because we needed to trade in an EV another Hertz had given us without giving us any necessary info. They told us to come in when they opened at 9. When we arrived they were closed until 1 and said they can't take any EVs. We were misled and as a result are stranded in West Virginia. Bad customer service, would not use again."

"Kate at this location was rude and nasty that I didn't go somewhere else to get a car. After telling her several times I tried other locations that had no available cars I wouldn't rent a tricyclefrom this place in the future."

"Kathleen has made my second go around with hertz very easy. My first visit not so much. I’ve had to deal with hertz for over a month, due to my vehicle still being repaired. My first rental kept losing air in the tire , was dirty when I received and the man working was also unfriendly. Finally get a second rental, to replace the old one with a low tire. Kathleen was working for this pick up , she was very kind and patient with me. The vehicle I received was not clean , and had a dead bug on the ceiling ( ew). But Kathleen being awesome made up for this. My only recommendation is please please please have a better cleaning crew for the vehicles. I have had two different cars from this location in a month and both were very dirty."
