"The buyers picked this lawyer. My first encounter with him, he was rude and out right condescending. The contract was "as-is" with no contingencies. We were to close in about 10 days. First he paused the sale because of a shared driveway. He wanted the driveway clear. Request was met. Then he wanted nothing near the driveway. Request was met. Then he wanted the neighbors of the shared driveway to sign a document that it would remain clear. Neighbors sent to their lawyer. They agreed to sign document. Then day of closing, now 3.5 weeks later neighbors go in to sign document and this guy changes the document!!! It now reads they can't park on the designated parking spot to the right of the driveway, leaving nowhere for neighbors to park! Neighbors refuse to sign and deal eventually falls through because this guy can't write up a simple shared driveway agreement! He also charged me the seller 2x more than the average fees. Now my house has been on the market for 45 days due to this guy's negligence! Pray your buyers don't chose him. He is shady and overprice. Go somewhere else!"
