Barboursville Park

"One of my favorite parks in this area. Beautiful lake with a great walking path and trails. Planning on having my wedding there next year. Definitely check it out!"

"Such a beautiful park.. nice place to have picnics, take the kids to play on the multiple playgrounds, have fun in the splash park, fish, walk, play tennis, fly drones, and many other things. Each shelter has a charcoal grill and most are close or walking distance to restrooms. It's always clean and just a wonderful environment. Highly recommend park!"

"What does Barboursville Park have. Lake with fish and fishing with a license, Ramadas with picnic tables and BBQ's, basketball courts, a track of .6 miles around the lake, deer and geese, baseball fields, riding arena, outdoor amphitheatre with stage, play grounds, restrooms, disc golf, hiking trails, wet park for children and more. It is surrounded by trees and other natural beauty. A must for family and adults and their dogs."

"This is a large park. My review focuses on the walking track around the main pond only. The track is 0.6 mile. The view is gorgeous. You walk along a nice, clean pond. There are many ducks swimming or finding food in the field. There are signs to let walkers know how far it is. The bathroom is right beside the track. Dogs are allowed. There are two pet post for pet owners’ convenience. Plenty of playgrounds and swings to sit down and rest. It is a family and pet friendly park. Good for bringing kids and pets to enjoy outdoor activities in the area."
