"This is one of West Virginia's hidden gems!"
"AMAZING EXPERIENCE! A month ago my family was visiting me in WV and it was my sisters birthday. All she wanted to do was paddle board. This was the best experience possible. The owner was the friendliest person we have ever met. He gave my sister a birthday sticker and had so many boards to choose from. He even let me use one even though we only paid for my father and sister. He was an excellent teacher as well, my father and I had never used a paddle board. He had a quick tutorial that was super helpful and showed that he really knew his stuff. The owner spoke about the companies mission statement and how passionate he is about it and it really was amazing. I encourage everyone to do this if you are in the area or are just bored for the day and are looking for a very cost affordable fun time to get outside and try something new!"
"We rented 2 boards here on memorial day and did 4 miles on the Kanawha River. Owner was so helpful and accommodating. Cant say enough good about his family owned business. Had a wide range of boards, even went on water with us and posted an invitation to have more on the river with us. River was not as I intimidating as it looks from a bridge. Felt like you could turn the bend and see a fleet of natives in canoes from 300 years ago - setting is so cool. Got early sunset colors. He has a wide range of boards. My wife did great and stood up paddling 3 of the 4 miles first time."
