"My daughter enjoyed the socialization of it but its a very basic class. They switch coaches without telling you, will have your children in an exercise boot camp instead of gymnastics, had a covid outbreak that was poorly handled while still charging the parents. Over a month after I pulled my child due to poor communication and poor safety protocol dealing with Covid... Cindy and her staff took it upon themselves to key enter my debit card, run it as credit, without authorization and sign off on it. Luckily my bank has alerts. Cindy had a very dismissive and nasty attitude when asked why her staff would key enter someone's debit card information without permission..now under investigation ."
