"Needed law services for a home closing. Called Maddox same day and Scott answered and after picking up, he whisped me through estimates so fast I didn't even have a chance to write it down. I emailed him the next day introducing myself, asking several questions and giving the purchase agreement to him directly, I also asked for a written estimate, no response. I called him on two seperate occasions to get a confirmation on the price and dates, no response I've left voice mails and its been almost three weeks. Even my realtor tried reaching out to this guy with no response. In the end, we ended up going with someone else who was cheaper, answered every question and was responsive."
