At a time when I was most susceptible, facing harassment and a hate crime as a woman of minority status, not only did he choose to withdraw from my case, he did so with full knowledge of the imminent danger to my well-being and the trauma I was enduring. When I was in dire need of legal assistance to secure a protection order against an individual who had issued credible threats against me, Mr. Wisecup failed to provide the necessary support and later ceased representation, particularly when the opposing party filed a baseless protective order in retaliation. He was reluctant to address a potential conflict of interest in court. Consequently, I incurred a loss of $2,700 without any tangible results, leaving me feeling further victimized by the process. I intend to bring this matter to the attention of the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) for a thorough review of his conduct and ethics."
