"This place will rip you off anyway they can! The owner of this shop is trying to charge me $175 for delivering a spare tire to me 1 mi from the garage. The donut was free, although it was the VDOT guy that actually changed it and had me sign a paper saying that the roadside service was free. Somehow a free service turned into $175 labor, and now I'm sitting in my car which is blocked in so that I can't leave because I posted this review. Sounds like retaliation to me, good thing I studied law because I smell a civil suit!"

"Sent these guys out to fix tires on my trailer. They ended up damaging my brand new trailer and now the owner is not taking responsibility for the damage. And is trying to throw the blame onto my driver. Saying that it was the responsibility to make sure that the trailer would get damaged."

"Had one of our units towed to their shop with some electrical issues. Were told by 'em that the wirin' harness would need replacin', that they could do the job, but that they would need to order the part, since it was not one readily kept in stock. Fair enough. They ordered the part, the unit sat there for over 7 days for the part to arrive, and, when the part did arrive, it was for either a different make an'/or model! Then they told us that they could not actually fix the problem and that we would need to tow it to a different shop! They charged us for the initial tow, for misdiagnosin' the problem, for orderin' the wrong part, and for the second tow, and that we would need to pay 'em or else they would not release our unit! If any of y'all don't respect your time an' have more money than sense, this is the place to go - They will also not respect your time, but gladly take your money for nothin'! The only good thing I can say 'bout them is that they at least did not damage the unit durin' the tow to and from their shop. However, if they did, I'd wager they would've found some way o' chargin' us for it! If you have to make a choice between this shop an' sendin' your unit to a certified dealership, choose the latter - At least you will get competent service and your problem fixed."
