"We spent nearly a week in November 2023. We were not at all impressed with the cleanliness...toilet areas had dried urine, shower curtains had a lot of black fungus, counters needed a good scrubbing, most of the dishes in the cabinets had dirt and particles of food, wood floors, steps, even lampshades had dust and hair everywhere. After a trip to a store in Hinton for some Tilex and then some cleaning we did enjoy the house and views. Loved the deer visiting the grounds."

Everything that we needed was there, even grilling forks for our s’mores, lovely to have a kitchen fully equipped with plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean and exceeded our expectations! "We loved staying here for the weekend! The location involves quite a few windy roads, but the experience is WORTH IT! Our cabin had a beautiful view of the autumn foliage and the sunset above golden treetops. Add in the cozy campfire and back road paths, and we felt like we were in Fall heaven."

"What a beautiful setting just outside of the park. We stayed at the Black Bear cabin and it was AMAZING! It had more than enough room for our families. We got a taste of everything (besides bears) that you could ask for during a getaway in the mountains."
