"This is THE place for cryotherapy. I had never been and was blown away by their progressive facility and offerings. I’m reserved when I typically first encounter people however their entire staff is uniquely disarming and knowledgeable. Now, the experience of actually Doing cryo and being in such a cold chamber isn’t super pleasant but the benefits directly afterwards are impossible to ignore or deny. I felt FULL. Vivacious and energetic in a completely natural way while being a total skeptic!!! Definitely check this place out!"

I have been an iCRYO customer and premium pass holder since they first opened on Daniel Island and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon. My absolute favorite wellness service is the infrared sauna, but having tried everything I can say they are all beneficial and enjoyable. I have also taken Semaglutide through them with much success! While all of the wellness and lifestyle treatments are wonderful, the team at iCRYO is really what makes it so great. "Beautiful and clean facility! State of the art. Tons of options both medical and non medical. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. If this is something you’ve done a million times, I highly recommend going here and if you’re thinking of trying it for the first time don’t be scared! It’s amazing. I did the IV Therapy with the complimentary compression treatment and I felt like I did a full body workout the next day but in a good way. I was able to meet the owners as well who were onsite, that is always important."

Always greet you with a smile and are professional. Scheduling services is easy via the app, phone or in person. The facility is always clean. My favorite part is the infrared sauna and compression therapy. It is the small part of my day I can relax, unplug and recharge.
