"Really Rude costumer service on goose creek, we say we just want look but the attendant ( short hair ) don’t want we even look the things, she said you need have a costumer card prof for buy, but I said we are just looking and she keeps going on again ask for the card, I understand we need have the card but I was just looking . We need leave the store short after come in, I just think she was being racist because we speak Portuguese with each other about products. Doesn’t matter if I don’t have the card, me and my sister was just looking around, I think because that costumer service the store was empty. I advice the manager training better you employees with kindness, for respect everyone no matter what race or culture. Be human please!"

"I was just at the CosmoProf in Goose Creek South Carolina. awesome people very knowledgeable. I had one of the girls actually with me show me all the new box packaging and the products that they've gotten in. the holiday packaging had a very very good experience definitely. like the store a lot and it is my main store for my cosmetology needs. They were also very helpful in helping me pick out nail polishes that were on a clearance shelf. we had to mix them all up too and they were very very helpful on that. I bought a bunch of them. thank you"

"First time in 40 years of doing hair that I drive all the way to Cosmoprof in Goose Creek and they decide to close at 12:15pm as we pulled up and coming back at 1:20. Note to you Cosmoprof, most hairdresser run for supplies on lunch. Why do 2 people have to go together. The one in Taylor Michigan has never done that. The girls excuse was the other girl was new. So she must have needed to be shown how to have an hour and 5 minute lunch. SMH"
