"Just tried to book an appointment at this location. never been there before. they say they take walk ins so I was just trying to be courteous and schedule something so they don't get overwhelmed with a walk in. The person who answered the phone sounded very exasperated and annoyed that I had called. They checked the books and said that everybody was booked. I asked if there was a different day or time. They said no everyone's booked. They were not willing to work with me at all. Clearly did not want any more business. will not be going there. have no desire to pursue this place just based on the customer service alone."
"Easy location. Friendly staff. They worked me in same day which was nice. The hair cut is horrendous though. I asked for layers and left with a mullet. Did not complain because I wanted to leave with the hair I still had, and had to schedule a corrective cut elsewhere.Will not return."

"Great service and they managed to get us a same day appointment! And then even called us to let us know that they had a cancellation and we were welcome to come early! We had a time limitation, so it was GREAT to have that kind of respect for our time!
