"Overall a bad experience. Ordered for curbside pickup. I had a text telling me that my order was ready at 5:33pm. I clicked their link and checked in at 5:37pm. I waited for them to bring it out for a while and then called at 5:51pm to check on my order. They answered and said they would bring it right out. The food was cold. The sandwich was very underwhelming, and there was a hair in the cheese fries. Not to mention, there was not one napkin in the bag, and I had to use a washcloth from the hotel bathroom to wipe my hands as I tried to eat. Very disappointed."

"If you’re ever in the vicinity of a Primanti Bros. Resturant, you’ve got to try it. Portion sizes are huge and the flavors are amazing! I was even able to bring takeout back to Ohio and they made sure it would all be good after 3 hours of travel. It’s a must try, you will be a fan after the first visit!"

"Went on recommendation of a regular and we're happy we did! Sandwiches were BIG! Server was FRIENDLY! Drinks were, well you get the picture! We had a half pound cheeseburger, aroast beef and cheese & a crazy big Bavarian pretzel! We also had a berry drunk duck! It's a big drink! Really enjoyed everything and can't wait to come back!"
