Taco Bell

"Ordered a 12pk of taco supreme, Mexican pizza, and a few,other items. The pizza tasted like it had a,bad chemical it it so I threw it out. The tacos, wow the were dry and nit seasoned at all, they were so bad my husband thought that I had made them and that my friends is not good!"

"Idk where to begin. One of the worst experiences that we've had as a family, at any restaurant. This wasn't recent tho. Long story, short; The temperature was freezing inside. Even a customer who worked as a nurse in the hospital said it was way too cold there. There were multiple people complaining about the temp. Our food took forever and when we got it, 4 different parts of our order were wrong. The rest didn't look very appetizing. So we had to wait for some to be corrected. By the time they finally corrected all of the issues, everyone had eaten besides me. All the while, a manager was playing video games in the lobby, on his laptop. I was ready to go and wanted a refund for the food that I didn't eat or never got. The video game playing manager refunded the money but refused to give us a receipt for the transaction. The manager claimed that they don't give those out, when there are refunds. My husband didn't settle for that and wanted a receipt. After him and the manager went back and forth, the manager told my husband that he'd fight him outside! Then another employee jumped in on the argument. Needless to say, we have never gone back there."

"I've been frequenting this taco bell for a few weeks due to new job location. I've had a few incorrect orders already and today I got 3 soft tacos that were simultaneously the wettest and hardest soft tacos I've ever had. It was pretty much a beef soup hardsoft taco. So wet they leaked through the bag and into my leather seat before I noticed. Update: ordered a meal tonight and got 6 nachos in my bag. Ok, fine not overly concerned about the nachos but then I open my steak chalupa to eat and don't see any meat. I open the chalupa up and theirs 3 pieces tossed in the center. That's pretty upsetting with how expensive these are. I've been screwed over by this place multiple times. I don't even go here often. Maybe my second time in 6 months. That'll teach me. I gave it two stars after my last bad visit. Now it's a one star. Pic included."

"Reasonable quality fast Mexican cuisine. Restaurant staff friendly, but made multiple errors on our order, and are unable to keep up with facility cleanliness. So: 4 star food, 3 star staff, 2 star facility. Not returning anytime soon, we can do better."
