"Customer service is awful!Ive been coming to this shop for 2 years now. They are the only ones who have touched my tires in that time. I had a flat tired and I went to get it fixed and without telling me they patched my tire from the inside and put a plug in that was visible once the tire was off the car on the sidewall. Huge no no. I wanted nothing from them when I showed them, I just wanted them to know what one of their employees did and they called me a liar, because they did not do it. Worst customer service ever in this situation. I used to go out of my way to come here and now after being treated this way I refuse to ever go back!"
