"The best place my wife and I found in Charleston for a high quality wig! The owner was so kind and helpful. My wife is new to wigs and didn’t know where to start. She walked us both through every step of the process and helped us find two wigs that made my wife feel confident again. I could not recommend this place enough! Do not let the bad reviews keep you from trying this shop. In one visit I can hands down say this is our go-to store for all my wife’s hair needs! The owner made us feel at home and she treated us with respect and really added that personal aspect most places nowadays are missing. The entire experience was beyond exceptional."

"The reviews confirmed what I already suspected. They value the black dollar but not the black people. I went inside to grab a few things but noticed a product placed in the wrong section, probably by another patron. After walking around for several minutes, I found who I assume was the owner. Before I could barely finish my question of “How much is this?” She rudely yelled at me, “The price is underneath.” I tried to explain that the bottle was in the wrong section and she repeated herself, louder. I placed the item on the counter and left without a word. If you have any self respect, do not support this place. Instead, there is a better store located next to El Molino about two miles away on Sam Rittenburg. I live next to this store but since that incident I go out of my way to go to a different store. Plus, there are black girls that work there and they seem to genuinely like being there. Go where you’re celebrated, not tolerated."
