"Stood and waited to dine for quite a while. The staff didn’t even acknowledge that we were standing there. Seemed to be more concerned about the drive thru customers and phone in orders! At least they could have turned around and told us they would be with us soon. Nothing said! Won’t be returning, shocker!!"

"If there was a negative stars, I would give them that! So, I am a very regular customer at this Popeyes like at least 4 years! (For some reason, my son likes their popcorn shrimps!) And have been spending $40 plus every week there for years. I have noticed the portions getting smaller and smaller over the last few months (is it new management or something? because their old staff and management are better than whatever this one) and started weighing them because I knew it was not right, but I let it slide away because not worth the hassle to complain and argue. Until now! Today i purchased 3 servings of the 4 oz Popcorn shrimps, via the drive through, and when they gave me the food i felt i had to go in and complain. I showed them how little food there was for $20, and they said that’s what they have been told to give, and that they use the 4oz cup that they use to measure mash potatoes to measure the Popcorn Shrimp! This makes no sense at all as the density of mash potatoes is so much greater than the shrimp so it means every customer is being cheated when using this measurement method. Of course they also mocking me when I came in and complained! So rude and lack of respect for the people especially paying customers! This was proven when I weighed the 3 servings and they came to 2.2 oz, 2.2 oz, and 2.4 oz, and that included the box! I weighed the box and that was 0.9 oz so we are getting less than 1.4 oz of food per serving! That’s it! I am done with this place!"

"absolutely do not come here. waited 20 minutes with no one else in line for a simple chicken sandwich meal. had hair in my food and didn’t receive the sauces i asked for"

"This place is a joke, I don’t know how somebody doesn’t come in here and fire every single one of these employees. Every time I go to the window I hear nothing but the F bomb and the last two times I’ve been here. My chicken tasted like it was cooked in a burnt frying oil. When I tried bringing it back the lady toss the box at me and told me to get the F lost. I will be doing my best to get this place closed down. Why do they always lock the doors? Do they not allow anybody to dine in?"

"My son surprised me with a Popeye's chicken sandwich and I was ecstatic until I pulled it from the bag and looked like it got smashed a couple times. But I took one bite and clearly the lunch crew doesn't care what they just served me. It tastes overcooked and breading of the chicken was hard as a brick. The last time I ate here was like 4 months ago and it was the first time I ate here and it was a memorable sandwich and this sandwich below was horrible and I'm on a fixed income. The next I'll ask for a loaf of bread and mayo and I'll make my own wish sandwich"
