"I selected 4:15pm as my pickup time. When I walked in, I was told I was about to receive a call because "my pizza was ready for so long". I walked in at 4:14pm to pickup said pizza. It was in fact completely dried up after "being ready so long" which I'm assuming means they made it when I placed the order more than an hour prior. Also, the two times I've been into this facility, employees have complained directly to me about not getting paid or their paycheck purposely being short."

"This place should have a -1 for food rating. The first time me and my wife ordered,it was fantastic. We ordered the 2nd time and it was ok. We are three more times afterwards and it was horrible. The pizza taste stale and was over cooked. It almost seems as if the dough was siting for months and was decided finally to be used. We will never eat from this Pizza Hut again."
"Had bad experience but once I spoke with Martha she handled it. Remake was perfect. Understandable that staffing is an issue. We need to be more patient with food service workers."
"Usually when I order from here, the food is pretty good, and hot. This is only with carry-out though. I stopped doing delivery after a bad experience with a different restaurant. The staff is also friendly and they finally have plates again!"
