"Perfect atmosphere to wait and sign your paperwork for initial meeting. Eat and drink any tasty treat or refreshing beverage while you do this as well. The tattoo removal process is easy and mildly painless. I didn't have any blisters my first treatment and look forward to completing the process again. The price for services is perfect for anyone. The best part is the people. They're nice and communicate clearly."

"I have a mixed review about Alma Rose. I booked a “60 minute customized facial” through Class Pass. I arrived, was greeted, and filled out some paperwork. Great lobby ambiance and service. When I walked back to the room, the esthetician did a quick consultation. The facial started a little after 9:15am. We finished at 9:55am. So I’m not sure if the 60 minutes is supposed to include filling out paperwork and consultation time, but I felt a little misled. A few other small details to note: laying back to receive a facial with bright lights above was a bit jarring. Relaxing music was playing in the room and it suddenly cut to an ad several times throughout the session. I’m assuming they were playing Spotify, but for an upscale salon even paying for Spotify premium seems like a simple swap they should make. Overall it was just an okay experience. My skin felt better than when I originally walked in, but I expected more from the high-end vibe Alma Rose gives off. The staff was lovely."
